@isyourbrainFOSS@mastodon.social Whether it becomes daily drivable (as often in Free Software) depends to a large degree on what people make out of it (i.e. contribute patches). We also learned that nobody takes you seriously if you don't have something to download but that's a totally different story, people have been conditioned by iOS and Android, and we can't simply undo that. 2/2 @phosh@social.phosh.mobi @mobian@fosstodon.org @postmarketOS@social.treehouse.systems

@agx@ruhr.social @phosh@social.phosh.mobi @mobian@fosstodon.org @postmarketOS@social.treehouse.systems Thank you for the detailed response. I for one would love to daily drive a more Debian based (I assume?) immutable OS on a #mobilelinux someday. I have a oneplus 6 and 6t and a fairphone 5 I could test simple stuff on if helpful

@agx@ruhr.social @isyourbrainFOSS@mastodon.social @phosh@social.phosh.mobi @mobian@fosstodon.org @postmarketOS@social.treehouse.systems I'm using my phone as work machine more and more. Currently musl vs glibc issue is the most annoying issue. At some situation I'm trying to use freedesktop flatpak basement solution. Curious, to know if anyone has same issue and what are the solutions.
