You do so when you can do nothing else. Disabling or never implementing a Mastodon style block feature, so you feel compelled to raise the alarm, is a Capitalist's choice. BLOCK - you never see that individual arguing extremist views for attention again, they never see your posts to shit all over them. Capitalists hate BLOCK.
