@kellyromanych@mastodon.social Kituwah is sacred Cherokee land, considered to be the location of the original "Mother Town." Wondered tonight, as I watched the moon rise and the sky turn peach, how many thousands of Harvest Moons they saw rising over the spot before being forced off their land.
