Illegal border crossings have not gone up under Biden/Harris, and people in the U.S. illegally are more likely to have overstayed their visa rather than to have snuck across the border. Moreover, I think anyone persuaded by this ad has vastly underestimated how unpleasant incarceration is.

What happens if you replace "transgender surgeries" with other medical procedures in these ads? "Kamala Harris will reward violent criminal illegal immigrants by having their wisdom teeth pulled if they are impacted." "... by removing their tonsils if they become chronically infected." "... by providing antibiotics if they get a serious ear infection." When people are incarcerated, we have to provide them health care. Gender-affirming health care is health care.
