I want to scream at the author of this article I’m reading. It’s a 45 min deep dive into 3 different bugs and how she had to manually herd her agents to triage, eventually getting to something only a human can decide after only getting there via human intervention. Then she says wrap that work into a playbook so the agent can do it itself in the future. Which is then followed by more examples of things agents can’t do and need to be decided by humans. The cognitive dissonance is breaking my brain.
