i am very pissed right now so i submitted my delay repay application annnnd Northern Trains came back saying "please send us a screenshot of your ticket" Northern... i don't know how to break it to you it was an mTicket i do not have a PDF copy because, well, that isn't how fucking mTickets work I physically cannot see the ticket anymore I sent you the booking receipt and that isn't enough?? ugh I hope TPE at least knows how fucking mTickets work
