i did find around two vendors still selling traditional weight plates and dumb/bar bells, so. the memey kettlebell is just gonna have to do for the time being though. (at the time i got them they were on sale and it was closer to covid. i didn't know you could still get the old plate dumbbells + a kettlebell adapter for them to hold them funny.) i don't know that 'd recommend that unit these days (its a handle with a plastic case and some preset plates.) apparently there is a whole math to adding up different weight sizes. egh.
