I opened a service request on PulsePoint. Asking if their platform could incorporate an emergency messaging system for the organizations that use them. After listening to the Public Safety Post discussion tonight, with some very high up individuals participating, I concluded that there isn't a plan B for officials to get out emergency information on social media. Don't know if it's a shot in the dark...
