@kyisaiah47@mastodon.social I don't use CI or external services, so it's all on my laptop and desktop. I only do the full matrix in the run up to release. It's boring. FWIW I only release about once or twice yearly. Today I wanted to see exactly which CDK release added a feature. I already had feature tests which showed it was between 2.3 and 2.7. I pinned it down to 2.5 (released in 2021), which let me add cross-checks between the dynamic feature-tests on startup vs. version numbers in the unit tests.
