there's a lot of things that do not work. there's also a lot of things that do. overall this is a better experience for me, once it's running, than running Steam on Linux before or during the period shortly after Proton was introduced

trying Factorio: Space Age now, running in lsu chroot with legacy steam runtime. with Intel GPU, it starts, but at some point stops updating the screen. it otherwise seems to work, but i can't see what's going on because it just flips between the last two frames that the game had successfully rendered, ad infinitum with the Nvidia GPU, there is no issue, but sometimes it crashes while loading. if it does load successfully, it seems to run without issue for as long as i've tested it - which hasn't been long so far, but we'll see how it holds up
