Something that will shock some: When I upgraded from my 4s, I never enabled my email. I don't think people should be available all the time, and I do email at my desk.
It is important to set boundaries. :)

@CStamp@mastodon.social I respect people that set those boundaries. A lot of praise to those people. I have my personal emails on my mobile phone. When I changed jobs, my decision was “no work accounts on my mobile”. It became a hard boundary for myself, one earned by deep cuts. If my employer needs me, my manager, or other people that I allowed to in the exercice of my/their functions, know how to reach me.
