Okay. Clearly back to the drawing board.
I've been trying to create an open source replacement for our AppleTV, using Linux.
Running Jellyfin is pretty great. But running Netflix as a web app is pretty miserable (given time).
Maybe it's Firefox, or maybe web-apps are just not doable with our current geo-politics.
I'll regroup and try a different setup configuration.
Anyone got a suggestion?

In my ongoing pursuit of an AppleTV "alternative"... Changed my installation, by going with KDE instead of GNOME. Installed a Chrome based browser instead of Firefox. Web Apps behave MUCH better, and the UI is better. Turned on "touch" setting in KDE which makes key UI elements larger. Slowed down the animation, and scrolling, which REALLY helps in both cases. So far things seem to be running better, and the overall UI is better. Still requires a media keyboard. #DeAppleTV #OpenSource
