I'm on my second toaster oven of the same brand.
The first was good. This second has a smaller gap between the crumb tray and the top of its slot, so that it scrapes off all the crumbs into the toaster. 🤬
Did they not test it? Didn't they even think?

@EricLawton @bonaventuresoft Why can't the entire bottom of the thing just detach? There is a piece of sourdough crust in mine as big as my thumb that absolutely cannot be extricated. But I guess if it hasn't caused a fire yet, it probably won't.
