There’s firmware update. The tool used to be on the ms store… and on xbox consoles.
I’d install a Win 10 VM and uptate it that way…

There’s firmware update For which you need either an Xbox or a licensed repair shop. I know from experience and am MUCH happier now that I have the slightly more expensive (except not overall since it hasn’t required any repairs since getting it over a year ago) but several times better Razer Wolverine V3 Pro! Disclaimer: I am in no way affiliated with Razer except as a happy user of that specific product of theirs 😁
