Despite all the replies, people, in general, are smarter than this. Especially when they are being faced with real material problems like they are now. They don’t care about some imaginary threat of immigrants or trans children playing sports when they can’t afford to drive to the grocery store. There will be tons of people still voting for Republicans. But, on average, this country is not that stupid. This midterms are going to be such a blowout, that my only worry is that the Trump administrations only defense will be to say they were ridged and send in the national guard. That’s how much they’re about to get smoked.
