@mustapipa@scicomm.xyz This mechanism has been described, and has had people worried, for decades now. If this really materializes - which will take decades at least because of the system inertia - there won't be lamp posts enough to string up the criminally corrupt policy makers and the CEOs that bought them. I see a market niche for de-rusting guillotine blades.

@martinvermeer@fediscience.org I would not worry about those lamp posts (or room in our prisons), I worry if those who are guilty see the court rooms at all due to delays. What is imperative is that all fortunes made out of promoting this destruction get confiscated.
