@MostlyBlindGamer@dragonscave.space Not sure what would be best for a person with assertive technology, but reading "opening square bracket, sic, closing square bracket" would be quite a mouthful. Visually, it's just a marker to indicate that the quote is unchanged and the person who wrote down the quote is aware of the spelling mistake or whatever it is. That's why I asked how this would best come across when reading.
