@harblinger@wizard.casa I ran into one of those when I wanted to get a loan through volkswagen. The third party company they use brags about just giving your bank log-in info to an LLM to decide if you're suitable to give a loan to. Luckily my bank is too small to work with their system so I was able to get a human from VW to actually look at my statements.

@GapYoukai@cawfee.club it wouldn't work with my credit union, but I setup an account with a big bank last year so I just used that. Even though it's creepy it's faster than dealing with humans imo and at least I knew to change the password immediately. I doubt most people realize how invasive it is
