maybe there should be price controls and dense housing construction? no let's just keep building single family homes that sell for 1.2 million that will fix the problem

actually fixing the problem would require decoupling housing from the commodities market so it will never happen. these people will just keep talking out of their ass holes about how the problem is too much construction red tape
