@benroyce@mastodon.social As proof that the GOP fears a high voter turnout, I will cite their active voter suppression efforts. The most blatant is the threat to deploy ICE agents to polling places. If the GOP "wins" after a significant amount of ICE or Federal cops at polling places we will have to challenge that in the streets immediately. Then there's Voter ID. This is said to give the GOP a 5% structural advantage in every state that has it, all of them being GOP states. Finally we have disenfranchisement for felony convictions. Blocking mail-in ballots is off the table for the moment unless Trump is able to get the USPS to defy SCOTUS and block ballots anyway. Note that the USPS is not paid by the Supreme Court.
