@netbsd@mastodon.sdf.org After thinking about this for a bit, my best concept is a cute little orange hermit crab that can be drawn with different “shells”, where each shell is the case from some sort of hardware. This captures NetBSD’s “can run on anything” philosophy of portability and gives you a nice way to specialize the mascot for different working groups in the community. To be a little cheeky/use the lore, the default shell could be a toaster 😊
