Final frontier for Linux gaming's unseen levels? Kernel-level anticheat ❌
However; kernel-level ac isn't as crushingly common as painted out to be.
◉ ~10-15% of multiplayer games use kernel-level AC.
◉ All PC games lumped in (single-player) the usage is in the spheres of ~4%.
Kernel-level ac: full control over the system / its information - ultimate rootkit. Another way is needed - be it Linux OR Windows. It is not worth the risk just to play a game?

@Linux@linuxrocks.online For me it's not worth it. I am happy with the games I can play, which are the most. I must admit that I am a bit sad that I can't play Battlefield 6. But have found great alternatives

@Linux@linuxrocks.online Not worthy. If you need/want the very low latency of being close to resources ensuring fair play, get a console or a valve console or set up something exclusively for gaming yourself. Isolate the risk.
