Massive respect for the guys who, immediately upon receiving their new #Jolla phone, tore it down for an #Ifixit article. They were doing this at the actual launch event on the balcony with dozens watching!

@Setok@attractive.space I'm thankful to these guys too of course. 👏 But having owned Jolla's first Phone and having used their main product #sailfishOS for more than 10 years now, I'd like to add that I'm a little less thrilled about the whole instance, as this is exactly what I expect from their community and I'd be surprised if @jolla@techhub.social themselves would object to it at all. I guess we’ve become too used to manufacturers who act like the devices we’ve bought don’t actually belong to us.
