(ETA: very glad if it's not, and super sucks that these things nick people's art so it ends up making illustrations look fake, instead of the other way around. I can't see this person's post history, and unfortunately there are a lot of people passing off AI as art. I hope this isn't one of them.)
(ETA 2, looking at the way they're 'holding' things, though? I'm not convinced a person chose to draw it like that. Happy to be wrong.)
