I guess you’d better start with building an appropriate theatre ; don’t worry, just follow “Pratica di fabricar scene e macchine ne‘ teatri” and you’ll get set up in no time, with gods descending from above, devils surging from the bowels of the earth and other high seas tempests - all the normal things you need in any decent opera. Have fun!

Start with immersing yourself into operas. Old pieces, contemporary pieces… this could be a good start.
