A Living Sacrifice A sermon for the thirteenth Sunday after Pentecost, August 23, 2026 St. John's Episcopal Church, New City, New York I appeal to you therefore, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Usually when people think about Christian teaching, they talk about Christ’s sacrifice for us, not about us presenting ourselves as a sacrifice. https://drewkadel.wordpress.com/2026/08/19/a-living-sacrifice/
