@gilesgoat@toot.wales @vale@fedi.vale.rocks I do have both and black on white on screen is illegible, same as white on black on printed media. I find the blue emissions from the light themes more tiring. Yes, the blurring is happening on screen with white letters over dark backgrounds, but it happens also on the converse as well, with the white backgrounds bleeding inside black letters, making them overly thin. I always find these arguments disconnected from what I experience.

@Rk@mastodon.gamedev.place @vale@fedi.vale.rocks more than blurring I experience 'double images' strangely black on light background doesn't give me the same problem. Yeah blue LEDs in particular ( those blue xmas lights for example ) are "totally UNfocuseable" fundamentally I think "anything with too high contrast" is not good it's like an amplifier with a bad HF response 😊
