I'm refining my point in my head about a perhaps controversial opinion I have that beit dins should not approve antizionists. Not out of ideological enforcement, but out of the general concern about what it means to convert someone who won't stick up for ~half of their would-be people, plus anyone who leveraged Israel at some point in their family line to get out of a place (e.g. Magic Carpet).
