My ADHD meds don’t help with ADHD much, but they work better to battle depression than any anti-depressant I’ve ever taken. It’s incredible and I’m blessed by the weird reality of it. But ADHD meds have a very short half life, and if I miss a day (thanks, #ADHD), I’m immediately reminded of the razor’s edge I balance upon over the darkest depths of depression.
