I’ve always said that most middle management can be replaced by LLMs. And not even the more expensive models. Gemini flash would probably do about as good of a job as most middle managers. Of course an LLM couldn’t do the job of a really good middle manager. But most middle management is basically doing basically what LLMs do, and hallucinate and get things wrong just as often.
