@Shadowman311@poa.st as organized as all the somali shit is, he might be the middle man between the state and the criminal element that coordinates the whole thing. all his mannerisms and facial expressions paint him as a massive coward, so he definitely did not start anything himself, but whatever organization did probably had a easy time getting him on there side. maybe look into what position he had when the somalis were first imported on mass a few years ago. pretty sure he was a key figure that made the whole thing possible, which in turn kickstarted his rise in the party.
