Here is a Daily Beast report on the latest mash up of word salad from Marco Rubio on the matter of cutting off Starlink to Ukraine.

Let's break it down. What Rubio is doing is saying Ukraine has access to Starlink (under 160 kph), but not Starshield (over 160 kph). He implies that Ukraine never had access to Starshield, but that is not the case. Ukraine had such access (above 160 kph) up until a few days ago when it was cut off during a Russian attack. He is now trying to sow confusion on the matter. He brings up using Starshield 'deep into Russian territory' which is not on topic to the cut off the service within Ukraine.
