If you choose between iPhone and Samsung, then yeah. There are decent smartphone manufacturers out there that have all these things and more. But if you’re going to choose the duopoly then don’t complain when they do whatever they want. You chose them. My phone has an IR blaster, headphones jack, toolless dual Sim slot, 4 hardware buttons, one of which is programmable to three different functions (single press, double press, and longpress), waterproof, 10,000mAh battery, reverse charging (I can charge other people’s phones with mine) and a thermal camera. And it cost less than one of the flagship Samsung phones.
