@JessDail@caneandable.social The problem is that I don't know if the issue is specific to JAWS or 1Password. The last time I ran the 1Password setup it went well, although that was several years ago. Have you tried calling the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk? They can remotely access your machine and, unless this policy has changed, they can even assist with software that isn't from Microsoft, at least with installation issues.
