A dear friend of mine, @tahreersoph, sent me these videos of the destruction the recent sandstorms have caused in #Gaza.
As if Palestinians haven’t endured enough, nature has chosen to play a hand in their suffering yet again.
Our friends in Gaza will be celebrating Eid later this week, and any support and relief would be appreciated more than you know.

@casey@kafeneio.social @tahreersoph@mastodon.social We wish good for everyone, but it feels like the disasters never end, as if the gates of hell opened just under three years ago and are still wide open. Eid is approaching, and our hearts hope that our children can feel even a little happiness, but the reality is harsh and almost crushing.
