@penguin42@mastodon.org.uk OK fudged a path and now working - I can finally build my ESP IDF projects on my Mac again. Phew. Would be really nice for general working gcc gnu99 though one day. P.S. why? 1. So I can flash from Mac on my desk - less needed now I have my dedicated flasher modules. 2. So I can run idf.py monitor with code that matches so I get a meaningful stack trace on a crash. Apart from that I am all linux.
