I started a sourdough recipe yesterday and set the dough up for its bulk rise, and then proceeded to forget about it. Upon waking this morning, I remembered what I had done and found it nearly overflowing its bowl in the microwave where I had left it. Seeing now if I can salvage it…

Follow up: the loaf turned out fine. Though a bit light because I was distracted and baked it at too low of a temperature.
