Now that I have my game in a sort of advanced prototype state with the core features working I have a question for other open source #gamedev people.
When it comes to organising the project and tracking progress do you use your repos built-in tools (e.g. issues, milestones etc) or do you use a local tool or does it depend on what you're tracking?
For context I'm on #codeberg which is based on #forgejo.

@stranded_output@indieweb.social I use a checklist in Obsidian, one file per milestone.

@stranded_output@indieweb.social I use the built in ones. Makes the life of possible contributors a lot easier and your work progress is transparent.
