@Paws2Spindle@sunny.garden I've tried it with a band aid, but the yarn just cut through it after a relatively short amount of time and then I had the adhesive on my yarn 😬 Not fun. I've tried a knitting thimble (the metal spiral type) and it worked somewhat, but caught on the single every now and then. At the moment I see two possible solutions: go slower or turn the tension down. I've a lot of tension on both the lazy kate and the wheel, so there is no slack anywhere because otherwise I get pigtails.
