The second Marine Expeditionary Unit sent to the Middle East is going to arrive a lot sooner than ppl assume. At earliest, it could arrive in 10-1/2 days from the day they left port. So by the new deadline, both MEUs and the 82nd Airborne will be in the theatre of the war. Soonest would be April 1st; that's a Wednesday.
