This is a zone or two colder than before, right?
Here in Kansas, it's really not safe to put tomatoes outside until early to mid-May.
The last week or so I cycle them out during the day and back in at night.
But it's quite different than when we gardened in San Jose!

@allthepages.org A whole zone colder! I have been warned not to plant tomatoes until Mother's day (which seems late to me even for 8A) but I'm getting really itchy about it.
