EU Moves to Share Data With Israel That ‘Could Be Used to Kill Palestinians’
The EU is pushing ahead with a controversial data-sharing agreement with Israel despite warnings that it could enable the targeting and killing of Palestinians, an investigation by the NGO Statewatch has found.
Under the plans, the bloc’s law enforcement agency, Europol, would exchange sensitive personal information about Palestinians with Israel’s police force, which is headquartered in the illegally occupied West Bank.

@faab64@todon.eu The same weird sick energy like sharing our fucking biometric data with the fascist US regime. Once the data is there, they'll abuse it. The same authoritarian energy as the EU Kids Act. This all isn't freedom. This is support of genocide. I'm so sick of this hypocrisy. What can we do against this? Whom can we write? Who is to be contacted? Could a citizens initiative force them to more transparency, more publicity, or the necessity to involve Human rights organisations (or/and technical clubs like CCC) in the process of lawmaking? 🤬
