@diemkay@hachyderm.io @JulianOliver@mastodon.social It reminds me of the Athol Fugard play Master Harold and the Boys. I saw an excellent production recently. For the first chunk of the play Harold is all about men of magnitude over the millennia who worked to improve their society and we see in him a person of progress. And then as the play goes on (at a point where the rubber meets the road) he does some vile shocking stuff.
