EEAS is run by Estonian too, possibly related, chief who like to do things more on her own.
Or also according to Lithuanian EU defense commissioner "Palantir is a great company" you know.

Our PM: „Lithuania's trust in the US has not wavered; what matters is that peace initiatives are effective.“ Same question remains - will it ever waver? Or more: „We still believe, and are unquestionably convinced, that America is our strategic partner.“ Ass kissing by Lithuania never ends. Could be compared by "boiling frog", or "sunken cost fallacy", or how Georgia became close to Russia overtime peace through submission.
