exciting update from the #netatalk project: I'm proud to present the inaugural release version of the Netatalk Client! this is an AFP client suite, consisting of a FUSE client, a TUI client, with supporting tools, shared libraries, and daemons started out as an experimental fork of 'afpfs-ng' in 2024, I have been tinkering on it on and off, and a few months ago we decided it looked solid enough to move it under the Netatalk umbrella and make it the official AFP client companion to the Netatalk AFP server I consider Netatalk Client practically feature complete for most use cases, but it's hardly optimized or tested under load, so treat it as beta software find the release notes and tarball at: https://github.com/Netatalk/netatalk-client/releases/tag/0.9.5 the README of the repository has a high level breakdown of of changes between afpfs-ng and Netatalk Client, but overall we've kept most command and library names, so if you're comfortable with afpfs-ng it should be an easy transition
