I have had an AMAZING day today. Stayed up late last night to watch the WEC 6h of Fuji race, then got woken up this morning by the sound of jet engines flying overhead. Turns out it's the yearly Air Sunday event the Air Force holds, so we had breakfast then went out to go enjoy it at the open airbase. They had several aircraft on display, aerial demonstrations, flybys, and even a drift show! I left smelling of burnt tire smoke. Got back home, ordered a nice lunch, and then Pacific Rim, my favorite movie ever, was on TV. Just great overall.
