@timbray@cosocial.ca I had large influx of new account requests on my little instance I run. All the account names requested, which I rejected, were basically ~10 random characters. They also had some similarly sketchy looking emails. If you are running an instance, be on the lookout for these as well.

@admin@mastodon.brk.io @timbray@cosocial.ca This started happening to me as well. I had to just turn off the signup page to stop it until I can figure out another way.
