It's got Heathcliff off of Wuthering Heights, a Number Two offof The Prisoner, and a sarge off've The Bill. Also an unconvincing stompy mecha, trippy dream sequences, forest wind chimes, and an inflatable rubber snek. It's rather a good one, even if the main cast don't really do very much: in Sarah Sutton's case, just taking a nap in the Tardis for 4 episodes.
