Tried the #NetBSD live amd64 image on my #ThinkPad amd ryzen 7 Gen 1 P14s and it booted OK. plugged in my Focuserite Scarlett 2i2 dac and it instantly froze. Also it does not boot with it connected although FreeBSD does panicked at the xhci audio section.
So I'll continue tinkering to see what does and does not work on this laptop under NetBSD.

So suspend doesn't work out of the box and it doesn't like the amd GPU either as Max resolution reported by xrandr is 1024x768 but possibly a driver/config issue?

@justine I have the same Focusrite. I should have tried it on my recent #OpenBSD install (since wiped).
