Follow-up to my earlier post, because I realize I left some things vague. What's actually different this time is bug reports go through staff outreach and the ticket system, not through random forum threads or DMs. That system already tracks status from open to fixed. If it's felt like reports go nowhere, it's probably because they didn't go through there. Use the system, it doesn't vanish. And to be clear on the line I drew. it's not about tone. Be as blunt as you want. If you're pointing at an actual bug or issue, even angrily, that's a bug report and it's welcome. If there's no issue attached, just an insult with nothing for me to act on, that's what the policy is actually about. An attack will not get your issues solved any faster. I'd rather know something's broken than have people go quiet out of guessing which side of that line they're on. So report the bugs. Tell me it sucks. Use staff outreach so it actually gets tracked.
